Group operations Representatives

Our client, an international wholesaler for Group land services World Wide to the travel trade in Asia, Europe, Middle East and America, is now seeking, for its new operational centre in Bucharest 9 Special Arrangement Representatives, 2 Co-ordinatos

Responsible for making land arrangements for groups such as transportation, restaurant/meals, sightseeing tours with guides, interpreters - all services excluding flight bookings

European language skills are required for this role(French, English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese are minim requirements)

Past experience/working knowledge of reservations or operations in Travel/Hospitality is preferable

The 2 positions among Group Operations are called Co-ordination executives and their job responsabilities and requirements are very special;

Handle all incoming incoming calls from Group leaders traelling and act as an emergency response team, in addition, to provide support to tour leaders during any unexpected crisis situation that may arise.

Deal with emergency after-hours calls if and when required and be available to work shift hours incuding weekends and bank holidays and be able to perform out of office hours coordination services.

European languages(French, English, Italian, Spannish, Portuguese are minimum requirements)

Previous experience in customer service/travel industry is essential
